لذلك من الغريب لي أن أرى منظمة لا تستخدم ثقافتها لدفع التحسين ونشر الوعي بين موظفيها ؛ مما يسبب ضياع جهود التطوير والتحسين ، واي منظمة بحاجة إلى تحسين استخدام ثقافتها

ما هي الثقافة ؟

ما هي الثقافة ؟

الثقافة هي سلوكيات ومعتقدات جماعية تنتقل من جيل إلى آخر، والثقافة مصطلح شامل يشمل السلوك الاجتماعي والأعراف الموجودة في المجتمعات البشرية، وكذلك المعارف والمعتقدات والفنون وقوانين وتبين التصرفات المقبولة للأفراد في هذه الجماعات.

سوف تظهر وتعرف لنا الثقافة ما يلي:

تمثل قالب للتوقعات لذلك إذا عرفنا ثقافة أي مجموعة ، يمكننا أن نعرف ونخطط لرد الفعل المتوقع.

وهناك أنواع مختلفة من الثقافات ، مثل ثقافات المدارس وثقافات البلد والثقافة العسكرية وغير ذلك.

ما هي ثقافة الجودة في المنظمة؟

ثقافة الجودة هي السلوكيات والمعتقدات الجماعية التي تنتقل من جيل إلى جيل في المنظمة.

تخلق ثقافة الجودة بيئة يتبع فيها الموظفون قواعد الجودة ويرون باستمرار الآخرين يناقشون الجودة ، ويسمعون عن الجودة ، ويشعرون بالجودة حولهم في اثناء تادية العمل.

كل مؤسسة لديها ثقافة الجودة ، والتي ستكون جيدة (قوية) أو ليست جيدة (ليست قوية). و تحتاج أي مؤسسة الى ثقافة تدعم الجودة ، حيث يتحمل كل فرد المسؤولية عن جودته وعن جودة الاعمال التي يقوم بها الاشخاص الاخرين من حوله.

لماذا تعتبر ثقافة الجودة للمنظمة في غاية الأهمية؟

هناك العديد من الفوائد لبناء ثقافة الجودة في المنظمة حيث يمكن لثقافة الجودة تحسين الجودة لمنتجات وخدمات المنظمة وزيادة رضا الموظفين والعملاء وتقليل التكاليف.

ثقافة الجودة هي ثقافة يركز فيها كل فرد في المؤسسة على التحسين المستمر وتقديم أفضل منتج أو خدمة ممكنة للعميل. الجودة مضمنة في كل ما يتم القيام به ، من الطريقة التي يتم بها تصميم العمليات وتشغيلها إلى الطريقة التي يتم بها اختيار الأشخاص وتدريبهم وتطويرهم.

الجودة هي مسؤولية الجميع في المنظمة ويتم قياسها وتحسينها باستمرار , تؤدي ثقافة الجودة إلى رضا العملاء وتحسين الأداء وبيئة عمل أفضل للموظفين.

ثقافة الجودة مهمة للمؤسسة لأنها تساعد على ضمان تلبية المنتجات والخدمات للعملاء و تساعد ثقافة الجودة أيضًا على ضمان استمرار الموظفين في تحسين مهاراتهم ومعرفتهم.

كيف تبدأ في بناء ثقافة الجودة؟

تبدأ بناء ثقافة الجودة في أي مؤسسة بتحديد الرغبة في انشاء بيئة جودة قوية من القيادة في الأعلى. يجب أن يكون القادة مرئيين وصريحين في التزامهم بالجودة ، وأن يوضحوا للجميع في المؤسسة أن الجودة هي مبدء . وهذا يعني تحديد توقعات واضحة ، والاستثمار في التدريب والتطوير ، ووضع معايير الجودة والأهداف , مع وجود التزام من الجميع على العمل وتحقيق نفس الهدف ، عندها ستبدأ ثقافة الجودة في التبلور.

يتركز بناء ثقافة الجودة على التحسين المستمر. ويمثل القادة نمذج السلوكيات التي يريدون رؤيتها في موظفيهم وخلق بيئة تدعم الجودة وتشجعها. يجب أن يشارك الموظفون في العملية وأن يستثمروا في نجاح المنظمة.

ماذا نستطيع ان نفعل؟

أعتقد أن وظيفتنا كممارسين للجودة هي إنشاء ثقافة جودة قوية لمنظمتنا ، مما يعني نمط حياة ومعتقد لكل من يعمل هناك الآن وفي المستقبل لأن الثقافة تتكون من سلوكيات ومعتقدات جماعية تنتقل من جيل إلى جيل.

Organizations are built on cultures. The culture of an organization is the set of values, beliefs, behaviors, and norms that shape how its members interact with each other and with the world around them.

Quality culture provides a framework and set of operating principles that help an organization achieve the goal of its vision and mission. Moreover, it helps identify the obstacles that impede successful execution, provides a framework for organizational improvement and enables a company to improve its quality by focusing on its core competencies. Finally, it helps an organization identify and eliminate waste.

So it is a surprise for me to see an organization not utilizing its culture to drive improvement and spread awareness among its employees; as I see it, is a waste of abortuary for development and improvement, and we need to change that.

what is Culture ?

Culture is group behaviors and beliefs that are transmitted from one generation to the next; Culture is an umbrella term that encompasses the social behavior, institutions, and norms found in human societies, as well as the knowledge, beliefs,  arts,  laws, customs, capabilities, and habits of the individuals in these groups.

Culture will show us the following:

  • what is the acceptable conduct in society,
  • what is the guideline for group behavior, dress, language, and demeanor in a situation.

Culture is the template for expectations, so if we know the culture of any group, we can know and plan for the expected reaction.

There are different types of cultures, like school cultures, country cultures, military culture, and more.

What is Quality Culture in the Organization

Quality Culture is the group behaviors and beliefs transmitted from one generation to the next in the organization.
Quality culture is “an environment in which employees not only follow quality guidelines but also consistently see others taking quality-focused actions, hear others talking about quality, and feel quality all around them.

The reality is every organization has a ” Quality Culture,” whether good or bad. What all organizations need is a culture of quality, where everyone takes personal responsibility for their own quality as well as those around them.

Why Organization Culture and Quality are so important

There are many benefits to building a quality culture in an organization. A quality culture can improve the overall quality of the organization’s products and services, increase employee satisfaction and motivation, and reduce costs.

A quality culture is one where everyone in the organization is focused on continuous improvement and delivering the best possible product or service to the customer. Quality is built into everything that is done, from the way processes are designed and operated to the way people are recruited, trained, and developed. Quality is the responsibility of everyone in the organization and is measured and improved continually. A quality culture leads to satisfied customers, improved performance, and a better working environment for employees.

​​Quality culture is important to an organization because it helps to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. A quality culture also helps to ensure that employees are continuously improving their skills and knowledge.


How to start building Quality Culture?

Building a quality culture in any organization starts with setting the right tone at the top. Leaders need to be visible and vocal in their commitment to quality, demonstrating to everyone in the organization that quality is a priority. This means setting clear expectations, investing in training and development, and establishing quality metrics and targets. With everyone on board and working towards the same goal, a quality culture will start to take shape.

Building a quality culture is focused on continuous improvement. Leaders model the behaviors they want to see in their employees and create an environment that supports and encourages quality. Employees must be engaged in the process and invested in the organization’s success. 

what can we ?

I believe that our job as quality practitioners is to create a strong Quality Culture for our organization, which means a lifestyle and belief system for everyone who works there now and in the future because culture is made up of group behaviors and beliefs that are transmitted from one generation to the next.

Visual Presentation

Using pictures or models to communicate ideas like the Tree model is one of the best and easiest ways to learn, solve problems, and simplify things. There is even a science called visual management.

The Tree Model

Most quality experts, when presenting a problem to others, they use the Tree Model to Display for finding and simplifying the results and help plan the next corrective action.

The Tree Model has three parts:

The leaves: represent the appearance of the issue or its results, mostly the part that is visible to people.

The Trunk: Represents the problem which is barely visible through the leaves

  • The trunk is the obvious part of the problem to people
  • The trunk is where most problem solvers stop their investigation after discovering/reaching it, thinking that it is the real cause of the problem

Roots: the real causes of the problem, which are hidden from view

Let’s explain the Tree model more with an example

One of the managers noticed that he had a restless and anxious employee. After investigating the issue, he used the tree model to explain the employee’s problem:

Leaves (symptoms of the problem that appear): 
anxiety, headache, confusion
Trunk (Problem): 
Work pressures
Roots (cause of the problem):
Inability to organize time

Some benefits of representing the problem with the tree

I found from my long experience working with projects that a short visual explanation will help others understand the message and focus on thinking in the right direction.
 We can use the tree model in:
-Explanation to the top management
 have found that a quick explanation in the form of a tree helps the top management to easily understand the pillars of the problem and to make the right decision about the problem.
-To spread lessons about expected the issues and introduce the team to it
I found that in this way I can make the team working on the problem agree on the causes of the problem, and when explaining it to the rest of the team or those affected by the problem or to clarify the lessons learned from the problem, presenting it in the form of a tree makes everyone easily imagine its pillars and facilitates the transfer of information and unification of opinions
-New employee training
I found that using it speeds up the training of new employees on the expected problems in their work and makes it easier for them to ask questions that increase the speed of their learning
– Build a database of the most important problems and their causes
