لماذا الثقافة مهمة جدا؟

كل منظمة لديها “ثقافة” و المنظمات مبنية على هذه الثقافات. فثقافة المنظمة هي مجموعة القيم والمعتقدات والسلوكيات والمعايير التي تشكل طريقة تفاعل أعضائها مع بعضهم البعض ومع العالم الذي حولهم.

توفر ثقافة الجودة إطارا ومجموعة من مبادئ التي تساعد المؤسسة على تحقيق اهدف رؤيتها ورسالتها. علاوة على ذلك ، ثقافة الجودة تساعد في تحديد العقبات التي تعيق التنفيذ الناجح ، وتوفر إطارًا للتحسين المستمر ويمكّن الشركة من تحسين جودتها من خلال التركيز على كفاءاتها الأساسية. أخيرًا ، يساعد المنظمة على تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة والقضاء عليها.

لذلك من الغريب لي أن أرى منظمة لا تستخدم ثقافتها لدفع التحسين ونشر الوعي بين موظفيها ؛ مما يسبب ضياع جهود التطوير والتحسين ، واي منظمة بحاجة إلى تحسين استخدام ثقافتها

ما هي الثقافة ؟

ما هي الثقافة ؟

الثقافة هي سلوكيات ومعتقدات جماعية تنتقل من جيل إلى آخر، والثقافة مصطلح شامل يشمل السلوك الاجتماعي والأعراف الموجودة في المجتمعات البشرية، وكذلك المعارف والمعتقدات والفنون وقوانين وتبين التصرفات المقبولة للأفراد في هذه الجماعات.

سوف تظهر وتعرف لنا الثقافة ما يلي:

تمثل قالب للتوقعات لذلك إذا عرفنا ثقافة أي مجموعة ، يمكننا أن نعرف ونخطط لرد الفعل المتوقع.

وهناك أنواع مختلفة من الثقافات ، مثل ثقافات المدارس وثقافات البلد والثقافة العسكرية وغير ذلك.

ما هي ثقافة الجودة في المنظمة؟

ثقافة الجودة هي السلوكيات والمعتقدات الجماعية التي تنتقل من جيل إلى جيل في المنظمة.

تخلق ثقافة الجودة بيئة يتبع فيها الموظفون قواعد الجودة ويرون باستمرار الآخرين يناقشون الجودة ، ويسمعون عن الجودة ، ويشعرون بالجودة حولهم في اثناء تادية العمل.

كل مؤسسة لديها ثقافة الجودة ، والتي ستكون جيدة (قوية) أو ليست جيدة (ليست قوية). و تحتاج أي مؤسسة الى ثقافة تدعم الجودة ، حيث يتحمل كل فرد المسؤولية عن جودته وعن جودة الاعمال التي يقوم بها الاشخاص الاخرين من حوله.

لماذا تعتبر ثقافة الجودة للمنظمة في غاية الأهمية؟

هناك العديد من الفوائد لبناء ثقافة الجودة في المنظمة حيث يمكن لثقافة الجودة تحسين الجودة لمنتجات وخدمات المنظمة وزيادة رضا الموظفين والعملاء وتقليل التكاليف.

ثقافة الجودة هي ثقافة يركز فيها كل فرد في المؤسسة على التحسين المستمر وتقديم أفضل منتج أو خدمة ممكنة للعميل. الجودة مضمنة في كل ما يتم القيام به ، من الطريقة التي يتم بها تصميم العمليات وتشغيلها إلى الطريقة التي يتم بها اختيار الأشخاص وتدريبهم وتطويرهم.

الجودة هي مسؤولية الجميع في المنظمة ويتم قياسها وتحسينها باستمرار , تؤدي ثقافة الجودة إلى رضا العملاء وتحسين الأداء وبيئة عمل أفضل للموظفين.

ثقافة الجودة مهمة للمؤسسة لأنها تساعد على ضمان تلبية المنتجات والخدمات للعملاء و تساعد ثقافة الجودة أيضًا على ضمان استمرار الموظفين في تحسين مهاراتهم ومعرفتهم.

كيف تبدأ في بناء ثقافة الجودة؟

​تبدأ بناء ثقافة الجودة في أي مؤسسة بتحديد الرغبة في انشاء بيئة جودة قوية من القيادة في الأعلى. يجب أن يكون القادة مرئيين وصريحين في التزامهم بالجودة ، وأن يوضحوا للجميع في المؤسسة أن الجودة هي مبدء . وهذا يعني تحديد توقعات واضحة ، والاستثمار في التدريب والتطوير ، ووضع معايير الجودة والأهداف , مع وجود التزام من الجميع على العمل وتحقيق نفس الهدف ، عندها ستبدأ ثقافة الجودة في التبلور.

يتركز بناء ثقافة الجودة على التحسين المستمر. ويمثل القادة نمذج السلوكيات التي يريدون رؤيتها في موظفيهم وخلق بيئة تدعم الجودة وتشجعها. يجب أن يشارك الموظفون في العملية وأن يستثمروا في نجاح المنظمة.

ماذا نستطيع ان نفعل؟

أعتقد أن وظيفتنا كممارسين للجودة هي إنشاء ثقافة جودة قوية لمنظمتنا ، مما يعني نمط حياة ومعتقد لكل من يعمل هناك الآن وفي المستقبل لأن الثقافة تتكون من سلوكيات ومعتقدات جماعية تنتقل من جيل إلى جيل.

why is culture so important

​Organizations are built on cultures. The culture of an organization is the set of values, beliefs, behaviors, and norms that shape how its members interact with each other and with the world around them.

​Quality culture provides a framework and set of operating principles that help an organization achieve the goal of its vision and mission. Moreover, it helps identify the obstacles that impede successful execution, provides a framework for organizational improvement and enables a company to improve its quality by focusing on its core competencies. Finally, it helps an organization identify and eliminate waste.

So it is a surprise for me to see an organization not utilizing its culture to drive improvement and spread awareness among its employees; as I see it, is a waste of abortuary for development and improvement, and we need to change that.

what is Culture ?

Culture is group behaviors and beliefs that are transmitted from one generation to the next; Culture is an umbrella term that encompasses the social behavior, institutions, and norms found in human societies, as well as the knowledge, beliefs,  arts,  laws, customs, capabilities, and habits of the individuals in these groups.​

Culture will show us the following:

• what is the acceptable conduct in society,
• what is the guideline for group behavior, dress, language, and demeanor in a situation.

Culture is the template for expectations, so if we know the culture of any group, we can know and plan for the expected reaction.

There are different types of cultures, like school cultures, country cultures, military culture, and more.

What is Quality Culture in the Organization

Quality Culture is the group behaviors and beliefs transmitted from one generation to the next in the organization.
Quality culture is “an environment in which employees not only follow quality guidelines but also consistently see others taking quality-focused actions, hear others talking about quality, and feel quality all around them.

The reality is every organization has a ” Quality Culture,” whether good or bad. What all organizations need is a culture of quality, where everyone takes personal responsibility for their own quality as well as those around them.

Why Organization Culture and Quality are so important

There are many benefits to building a quality culture in an organization. A quality culture can improve the overall quality of the organization’s products and services, increase employee satisfaction and motivation, and reduce costs.

​A quality culture is one where everyone in the organization is focused on continuous improvement and delivering the best possible product or service to the customer. Quality is built into everything that is done, from the way processes are designed and operated to the way people are recruited, trained, and developed. Quality is the responsibility of everyone in the organization and is measured and improved continually. A quality culture leads to satisfied customers, improved performance, and a better working environment for employees.

​​Quality culture is important to an organization because it helps to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. A quality culture also helps to ensure that employees are continuously improving their skills and knowledge.

How to start building Quality Culture?

​Building a quality culture in any organization starts with setting the right tone at the top. Leaders need to be visible and vocal in their commitment to quality, demonstrating to everyone in the organization that quality is a priority. This means setting clear expectations, investing in training and development, and establishing quality metrics and targets. With everyone on board and working towards the same goal, a quality culture will start to take shape.

​Building a quality culture is focused on continuous improvement. Leaders model the behaviors they want to see in their employees and create an environment that supports and encourages quality. Employees must be engaged in the process and invested in the organization’s success. 

what can we ?

​I believe that our job as quality practitioners is to create a strong Quality Culture for our organization, which means a lifestyle and belief system for everyone who works there now and in the future because culture is made up of group behaviors and beliefs that are transmitted from one generation to the next.

اعتاد خبراء الجودة على تشبيه المشكلة بشجرة مُكوّنة من أوراق وجذع وجذور

الأوراق: تُمثّل مظهر المشكلة أو نتائجها، في الأغلب الجزء الواضح للناس

الجذع: يُمثّل المشكلة التي بالكاد تُشاهَد من خلال الأوراق، الجزء شبه الواضح والذي يتوقف عنده أغلب العاملين على حل المشاكل بعد اكتشافه مُعتقدين أنه سبب المشكلة

الجذور: المُسبّبات الحقيقية للمشكلة والتي تكون خفيّة عن الأنظار، ولا يمكن إيقاف تكرار المشكلة إذا لم يتم اكتشاف أو التعامل مع جذورها

لنشرح الأمر أكثر بمثال على تمثيل المشكلة بالشجرة

 لاحظ أحد المدير أنّ لديه موظف مضطرب وقلق ودائم الصداع، وبعد التدقيق والمُلاحظة اكتشف الأمر واستخدم نموذج الشجرة لشرح مشكلة الموظف

الأوراق(أعراض المشكلة التي تظهر): قلق، صداع في الرأس، اضطراب

الجذع(المشكلة): ضغوطات العمل

الجذور(مُسبّب المشكلة): عدم القدرة على تنظيم الوق

وجدت من خبراتي الطويلة في العمل بالمشاريع ان الشرح البصري المختصر يساعد على الفهم وتركيز التفكير بالاتجاه الصحيح

 ويمكن ان نستخدم نموذج الشجرة في

الشرح للإدارة العليا –

وجدت ان الشرح السريع وبشكل شجرة يساعد الإدارة العليا على فهم اركان المشكلة بسهولة وفي حالة رغبتهم بمعلومات اكثر لتوضيح بعض الجوانب يستطيعوا ان يطلبوها ووجدت ان بهذه الطريقة يسهل تركيز تفكيرهم على جذر المشكلة وليس الاعراض او الأسباب الوهمية

 لنشر الدروس عن المشكلة وتعريف الفريق بها –

وجدت ان بهذه الطريقة استطيع ان اجعل الفريق الذي يعمل على المشكلة متفق على أسباب المشكلة، وحين شرحها لبقية الفريق او المتأثرين بالمشكلة او لتوضيح الدروس المتعلمة من المشكلة ان عرضها على شكل شجرة يجعل الجميع يتخيل أركانها بسهولة ويسهل نقل المعلومة وتوحيد الآراء

وجدت ان استخدامها يسرع على تدريب الموظفين الجدد على المشاكل المتوقعة في عملهم وتسهل لهم طرح الأسئلة التي تزيد من سرعة تعلمهم

​Using pictures or models to communicate ideas like the Tree model is one of the best and easiest ways to learn, solve problems, and simplify things. There is even a science called visual management.

The Tree Model

Most quality experts, when presenting a problem to others, they use the Tree Model to Display for finding and simplifying the results and help plan the next corrective action.

The Tree Model has three parts:

The leaves: represent the appearance of the issue or its results, mostly the part that is visible to people.

The Trunk: Represents the problem which is barely visible through the leaves

• The trunk is the obvious part of the problem to people
• The trunk is where most problem solvers stop their investigation after discovering/reaching it, thinking that it is the real cause of the problem

Roots: the real causes of the problem, which are hidden from view

If you want to understand something, explain it to someone else

If you want to understand anything, explain it to others. This sentence is considered one of the tools that should be known and used by every person who loves to develop himself and benefit others.

When I was preparing for an awareness campaign to spread the ideas of quality through small articles about quality on Twitter and Instagram, I asked my daughter to help me search for some pictures and general definitions of quality, and after she searched the Internet for these definitions and pictures, she asked me why there are many definitions for quality and which one is right? Why did people not agree on a standard definition of quality?

Here I entered into a short explanation process ​(yeah it was short) of my opinion on this subject and I then talked about it on my podcast channel “Simple ideas in the daily development of quality” (in Arabic) and it was well-received by the followers, so I decided to write it into an article or post for my thoughts on this topic

Why is identification important?

Before we discuss why we have different definitions of quality, let us start with a simple question: Why is the definition critical?

 It seems that this question is very easy, but after thinking, you will find that it is difficult and requires more focus and more reflection. Defining anything that represents the reason for its existence and represents its location or address on a map and the definition is the way to reach this site and then confirm that we have reached our right goal.

So the definition is a method of communication between the parties, a guide to access, and then a measure to confirm the achievement of the goals of the work.

Here lies the importance of defining anything. It is a means of communication between different parties when discussing topics that are based on a scientific basis or need a framework that defines basic points such as responsibility and limits. There are many discussions that end with the discovery that the thing being discussed is different from our understanding or that it is outside the limits of their coverage or their responsibilities.

Why are there different definitions of quality?

First, all of these famous definitions are correct!! As I explained earlier, each definition represents a method of communication between the parties, a guide to access, and then a measure to confirm the achievement of the goals of the work; So each definition is affected by who wrote it, why it was written, and the time of writing

All these definitions were written by experts to explain what is quality and connect their understanding to this changing and developing science. Quality science, or the field of quality, is a science that represents people’s thinking; and advances with the progress of people and society. It is a flexible science and not a static science.

The science of quality changes as people change

​Quality is one of the sciences that I call continuous changing and developing science, and the reason for their change is their connection with people and society. 

Quality science deals with people directly to explain what they mean by quality, for that the concept of quality changes with the change of society and people, and with the passage of time the complexity of the concept of quality increases, and even the areas of quality, it was focused in the past on manufacturing, and now it reaches education and medical services and to every field of life; so that you cannot find a field in life that is not connected to quality and for this with the diversity of people, places, time and areas of interest, the definitions of quality keep changing to keep pace and satisfy of all those interested in quality.

Here is another question: who is interested in quality or affected by quality? The answer is everyone. The consumer, the seller, the factory owner, the supplier, service provider, all have a relationship and have ideas about what quality is, even a child has ideas about what quality means to him.

If we look at the existing quality definitions, we will find that with its differences there is a relationship that brings it together, as I indicated earlier, these definitions are related to work, time, people, society, and also cost, but they have another important core, which is the satisfaction of the parties related to quality, this satisfaction needs to be balanced between the interested parties (customer, seller, factory owner, worker …) on a sustainable way which will lead to continuous quality and with sustainability the satisfaction continues, and the quality continues (maybe I will write an article explaining this relationship more in the future).

Using the definition of beauty to explain the variety in quality definitions

Everyone knows what is beautiful and can tell you what it is ​beauty, but it will be from their own point of view, and you cannot force anyone to be convinced that this thing is beautiful if he does not see it as such, 

But there are general rules of society on the beauty that most agree with it at a specific time and place, however, these rules and agreements on beauty may change with time because they are related to people’s concepts and desires

!We know if quality is missing

​So we can say, quality is hard to define, but we can recognize it when we see it. And we can notice its absence when the required level of our expectations for it is not achieved. What does this mean? Quality is closely related to expectations and is also linked to satisfaction.

Because of that, it was easy for everyone to know quality, but difficult to explain it, and we all know when it is not there.

And this is what my daughter came up with as a definition of quality and I liked it.

Quality is difficult to define, but we can recognize it when we see it. And we can notice its absence when the required level of our expectations for it is not achieved

How do I define quality?

 If I want to define quality, then ​quality is to satisfy all parties with the work and the product with the least effort and cost while maintaining sustainability. 

?How do I explain this 

It is the satisfaction of all parties, and here the parties are the ones who have a relationship with the work, (the service providers, the producer, the factory owner, the workers, the buyers, the distributors,…)  and this satisfaction is conditional on making the least effort in performing the work and at the lowest cost. 

Sustaining the least effort and lowest cost will lead to having the quality as it is intended to be achieved while maintaining production. 

Sustainability here is that the product is always made with that same quality by balancing the satisfaction of all.

 اذا اردة ان تفهم اي شيى اشرحه لغيرك ، هذه الجملة اعتبرها من الاسلحة التي ينبغي ان يعرفها ويستخدمها كل شخص يحب ان يطور من نفسه ويفيد غيره

عند كنت اعد لبرنامجي حملة توعوية لنشرافكار الجودة هو عبرمقالات صغيرة عن الجودة في تويتر وانستغرام الخاص طلبت من ابنتي أن تساعدني في البحث عن بعض المناظر والصور والتعاريف العام على الجودة، ، وبعد أن بحثت في النت عن هذه التعاريف والصور سألتني لماذا هناك تعارف كثيرة وايهم هو الصح؟ ولماذا لم يتفق الناس على تعريف موحد للجودة؟

هنا دخلت في عملية شرح مبسط عن رايي في هذا الموضوع ولقد تكلمت عنه في قناة البودكاس “فكار  بسيطة في التطوير اليومي للجودة ” ولقد لاقت استحسان المتابعين فاحببت ان اعيد الطرح كمقال مبسط لافكاري حول هذا الموضوع

لماذا التعريف مهم؟

قبل ان نناقش التعاريف المختلفة للجودة فل نبداء  بسؤال بسيط لماذا التعريف مهم؟

 يبدو أن هذا السؤال سهلة جدا ولكن بعد التفكير سوف تجد أنه صعب ويحتاج إلى تركيز أكثر وإلى تمعن  أكثر. تعريف أي شيء يمثل سبب وجوده ويمثل موقعة او عنوانة على خريطة  والتعريف هو طريقة الوصول الى هذا الموقع ثم التاكيد على اننا وصلنا الى هدفنا الصحيح 

 اذا التعريف هوطريقة تواصل بين الاطراف ودليل للوصول ومن ثم مقياس لتاكيد تحقيق الاهداف من العمل

 وهنا تكمن اهمية التعريف اي شيء فهو وسيلة التواصل بين الاطراف المختلفة عند نقاش المواضيع المبنية على أساس علمي او تحتاج الى ايطار يحدد نقاط أساسية مثل المسؤولية والحدود، فهناك نقاشات كثيرة تنتهي باكتشاف ان الشي الذي يتم التناقش حوله مختلف عن فهمنا او انه خارج حدود تغطيتهم او مسؤولياتهم

لماذا هناك تعاريف مختلفة للجودة؟

أولا كل تلك التعريف المشهورة صحيحة!! ولكن دعني اشرح اكثر، كما بينت سابقا ان كل تعريف يمثل طريقة تواصل بين الاطراف ودليل للوصول ومن ثم مقياس لتأكيد تحقيق الاهداف من العمل ، اذا التعريف يتأثر بمن كتبه ولماذا كتب و زمان الكتابة

كل تلك التعاريف كتبت لتشرح ما هي الجودة وكتبت من أناس خبراء والكل يحاول ان يشرح فهمه لهذا العلم المتغير والمتطور، علم الجودة او مجال الجودة هو علم يتحدث ويتقدم مع تقدم الناس والمجتمع فهو علم مرن وليس علم جامد​​​​

علم الجودة متغير مع تغير الناس

ان علم الجودة من العلوم التي اسمية العلوم المتغيرة والمتطورة وسبب تغيرها هو ارتباطها بالناس والمجتمع، فعلم الجودة يتعامل مع الناس مباشرة ليشرح ماذا يقصدون بالجودة

 فمفهوم الجودة يتغير مع تغير المجتمع والناس، ومع مرور الوقت يزداد تعقيد مفهوم الجودة وحتى مجالات الجودة فقد كانت تركز في القديم على التصنيع والان تصل الى التعليم والخدمات الطبية والى كل مجال من مجلات الحياة حتى أنك لا تستطيع ان تجد مجالا في الحياة لا يرتبط بالجودة ولهذا فان مع تنوع المكان والزمان والمجال تتغير التعاريف الجودة لتواكب إرضاء جميع المهتمين بالجودة

 وهنا سؤال اخر من هم المهتمين بالجودة او المتأثرين بالجودة؟ والجواب هو الجميع فالمستهلك والبائع والمصنع وامالك والمورد وكل له علاقة وله أفكار عن ماهي الجودة حتى الطفل له أفكار عن ماذا تعني الجودة له

 ولكن إذا نظرنا إلى تعريف الجودة الموجودة، سوف تجد مع اختلافها هناك علاقة تجمعها، فكما بينت سابقا فهذه التعاريف ترتبط بأن لها علاقة بالعمل والوقت والناس والمجتمع وأيضا بالتكلفة ولكن لها جوهر مهم وهو الرضاء من الأطراف المرتبطين بالجودة ، فبتوازن رضاء العميل و البائع والمصنع والعامل والموزع وغيرهم تحصل على الاستدامة والجودة المستمرة (ربما اكتب مقال اشرح هذا الجزاء اكثر في المستقبل) ومع الاستدامة يستمر الرضاء و وتستمر الجودة

تعريف الجمال يشرح تنوع تعاريف الجودة

ان شمولية الجودة وتنوع مجالات تغطيتها تجعل هناك تعاريف كثيرة ولاشرح هذا الامر اكثر سوف استخدم تعريف متنوع اخر وهو تعريف الجمال

الجمال الكل يعرفه ويستطيع ان يخبرك مهو الجميل ولكن سوف يكون من جهة نظرة فقط ، فاذا رأيت المجتمع سوف تجد له مقايس مختلفة للجمال اذا تكلمنا عن المرأة من الطويلة الى القصيرة ، السمينة و النحيفة وغيرها ونفسها للرجل او الحيوانات او البيوت او غيرها

ولا تستطيع ان تجبر احد على ان يقتنع ان هذا الشيى جميل اذا هو لا يره كذلك ولكن هناك قواعد عامة للمجتمع الجميع يتفق عليها في زمن زمكان معين ومع تغير الزمن او المكان تتغير هذه القواعد او الاتفاقات والجودة لارتباطها بالناس فهي تتغير مع مفاهيمهم ورغباتهم

ان الجودة صعب تحديدها، ولكن نستطيع أن نتعرف عليها عندما نراها. ونستطيع أن نلاحظ عدم وجودها عندما لا يتحقق المستوى المطلوب من توقعاتنا لها. ما معنى هذا الكلام؟ الجودة مرتبطة ارتباطا شديدا بالتوقعات ومرتبطة أيضا بالرضاء.

هل يمكن ايكون هناك تعريف واحد صحيح

الجواب المختصر نعم، ولكن بضوابط تمنع التعريف من الجمود

   التعريف مرتبط بالزمان، وينبغي ان نراجعه كل فترة وفترة –

   التعريف مرتبط بالمجتمع فهو من يحدد عناصره –

ولتذكير الجودة الجميع يدركها ويلاحظ عدم وجودها ولكن القليل من يشرحها

 كيف اعرف الجودة

​فإذا أردت أن اعرف الجودة، فسوف تكون

الجودة هي إرضاء جميع الأطراف بأقل جهد وتكلفة مع إبقاء الاستدامة

الرضا هو اهم محور لاي عمل وهنا ينبغي الحرص على التواز الشعور بالرضى بين جميع اطراف المنتج سوى كان العميل او المصنع او المالك او العامل او البائع او غيرهم، رضاء الجميع بتوازن على حسب التاثيرهم على العملية، وهو مشروط بأن يكون بأقل جهد وبأقل تكلفة مع محافظة على الاستدامة. الاستدامة هنا بأن يكون المنتج دائما مستمر بنفس المواصفات اذا لم تكن افضل وبنفس الشعور بالرضى
